WHAT ARE THE NEW INTEGRATION POINTS BETWEEN GREMINDERS AND REDTAIL CRM? New integration points between GReminders and Redtail CRM include:

GReminders now allows you to map answers that your clients submit during scheduling to User Defined Fields (UDFs) in Redtail CRM. After you’ve created your custom questions and mapped them to corresponding UDFs in Redtail, you can add those questions to your online booking registration forms. When a client or prospect completes that form, their answers to those questions will show up on the corresponding UDF for their record within Redtail CRM automatically.

• Schedule activities with Redtail contacts and GReminders will automatically send SMS text message reminders to your prospects and clients reminding them of their upcoming appointments.
• When GReminders sends SMS, or email reminders to your clients, a copy of your reminders will be imported into Redtail, against the matching contact, as Latest Notes.
• When you use GReminders automated online scheduling, you’ll see meetings appear on your Redtail calendar AND if this is the first time an individual has booked an appointment, their contact information will be added to Redtail Contacts.

When clients attempt to schedule a call with you through Appointment Reminder, available time slots they see will be based upon what is available according to your Redtail Calendar. Once a client has confirmed a call via Appointment Reminder, a new Activity will show up on your Redtail Calendar to reflect this.

This new functionality is in addition to previous components of the integration, which you can view at the integration setup and usage link below.
